Filling out the NYC Beekeeper Notification Form: Emergency Contact Information

There is a place on the NYC Beekeeper Notification Form
for Emergency Contact Information
and my question is about what we should put in this area of the form.

At the April meeting there was mention of a Swarm Hotline
that was being set up by the NYC Beekeepers Association.

Has that number been established?

And for those of us who without cell phones
and without in-state relatives, etc
who routinely fill out such spaces on forms
with the number 911
could we put the number of the Swarm Hotline in this space?
